We organise our work so that our staff have a dedicated portfolio of Member institutions to service. This allows them to understand the business of their Member institutions in depth and to establish effective working relationships with institutional staff and management. This approach also allows our staff to develop capacity to add value in the work that they deliver.

We offer a significant amount of freedom to our staff in the way that they work. However, this also means that the linkage between individual staff performance and results is highly transparent to colleagues and our Member institutions alike.
